Paragent provides a platform for running AI coding agents in parallel cloud branches. You describe features in plain language; agents plan, write code, and open pull requests in your GitHub repositories. You remain responsible for reviewing and merging code.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your credentials and API keys
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Ensure you have rights to any repositories you connect

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing on our website. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Refunds are handled per our billing policy. You may cancel at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your code and repositories. We do not claim rights to your content. By using the service, you grant us limited rights to operate the platform (e.g., accessing repos to run agents as you direct).

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
